CHALLENGE
Raet's international ambition and wish to grow abroad lead the company to seek new ways to be better connected to its customers and spirit of time.
APPROACH
Together with a small in-house team of developers and employees we focused on making a customer day easier and happier. Reducing the HR software to the essential for a “pocket experience”. A mobile app was tested and validated with customers, and then built in iterations through multiple sprints.
MyHR app by Raet was succesfully launched for both iOS and Android and used by more then 5000 users.
