CHALLENGE
HEMA wanted to innovate and connect with existing and new customers, but only without damaging its own brand identity.
APPROACH
We developed a ‘100-ideas-wall’ full of brand new concepts by ideation, design and market research.
All ideas went through a process of selection, scorecards, testing and making a business case before we decided together to actual development.
We showed the importance of testing ideas with the end user and the power of making concepts tangible; boosting a new mindest and few spin off projects.
